We had a great stay at the Best Western. The room was very clean and the beds were SO comfy! The staff were very friendly and made us feel right at home. We didn't have time to try the breakfast but maybe next time. The only complaint I would make is that we couldn't bring our fur baby along for our stay as they are not pet friendly. I would rate my stay 9/10!
The staff was super friendly and helpful from the time I made the reservation to the time we checked out. The rooms are a little louder than you would like. I was in room 103 which is one of the suites and I could hear most people checking in which was less than ideal. Hotel was clean, pool was warm (no hot tub), and they made my towel into a swan for a nice touch. I will say breakfast was not the greatest. It was a standard warm continental breakfast but everything looked unappealing. We didnt touch the sausages it looked like it was about to fall apart and the bacon was sitting in a tray full of bacon grease. The danishes also were just visually unappealing and the wife said kinda stale. Overall 4/5 stars because the breakfast is basically just an added bonus.

The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, including hot items, pastries, and fresh fruit, which was a great start to the day. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to shopping centers and restaurants, yet it remains quiet and peaceful. I also appreciated the free parking and the well-maintained indoor pool. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saint John.
We had an awesome experience @ BWPSJ…..the breakfast was delicious, lots of variety and the customer service was superb. Will stay there anytime, any day.
At first glance, I noticed the exterior was very well maintained. The lobby staff was welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious. It is also a great location with many stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a great experience. Would love to know more about the artist whose pieces are displayed around the lobby!
Lots of amenities within walking distance. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast provided was good. A little pricey but would definitely consider staying again.
Really nice and comfortable hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff- Pam and James at the front desk are phenomenal. Nice swimming pool and good breakfast. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Saint John!!
